Yeah I was right it's 'Blood of Heroes' (aka 'Salute of the Jugger&#39 *IMDb link*
Rutger Hauer plays the lead role.

I have one thats been driving me nuts for almost 2 decades.
It was a 30 min movie, shown as a trailer to Tron in its original theate release (UK).

All I remember is that it starred a group of maybe 6-8 kids.
They hung out in what i remember as being something like a boiler room\
They had special powers, they put their fingertips on their temples
and concentrated very hard then they could do things, not really magic
more like telekenisis(spelling).

Sorry InverseKinetix, this one totally eludes me.
I've even been on sites describing the theatrical release of Tron and of course the usual IMDb and Google, but I can't find it.
Perhaps somebody else can help?

Hey can you guys give me a name for this movie. I've forgotten it. made late eighties a fat Phychic Woman with some cops go to a morgue with 3 zombie kids and at the end there is a famous bit with giant zombie poodle.
