i cant remeber wot this game is called! u make gangstas, take over areas in the city, u can shoot the council people etc, u build houses and hire tenants an all that, and the tenants make litle babies that can grow up 2 be gangtas or tenants!! i really need 2 know! cheers!

Yep - It is Street Wars

If you like it, check out 'Constructor' as well - It's the game that the developers did before SW. They started on Constructor 2 a few years back but it never materialised; they worked on Street Wars instead, so it is effectively the sequel
