Ninja Resurrection

I was just wondering if anyone had any idea when parts 3 and 4 of Ninja resurrection will be released, if at all?

I don't know what you see in this Ninja Scroll rip-off, but I'm guessing no.

There were only two made, and being a complete rip-off was rejected by the anime crowd and probably discontinued.

I know Ninja Resurrection is pretty bad (worse than bad ), but i have seen parts 1 & 2 already and i just want a resolution. Not getting to see parts 3 and 4 will be like a never ending itch that I'll never get to scratch. The original Ninja Scrolls is an excellent anime, no doubt.
