I know it is, I'm trying to get it smaller, but yours is not close to that detail level.
I'm very interested to know how you did that?
Also what are the settings you used when you saved it?
I'm very impressed with what you did!
this is how I got that detail.

Surely we can reach a compromise...like somewhere around 100kb.
I don't care about the avatar ,I can make it 5kb if I want.
The dimensions of yours are fine with me too.
It's the smoothness of the rotation and detail picture quality that I care most about.

ok, i've re-edited the pic now. i removed 2 frames this time rather than 4 from last time. i saved the gif at 255 colours too, so hopefully the quality is a bit better

How did you get it in the first place?
By right clicking?
And how did you import it into Xara3d?
Everytime I try to import a .gif,jpeg and so on,it Fails!
Help me out here.

was just sending you a pm there, probably easier to explain in here.
to get the original, i just waited for the page to full yload, right clicked on your sig and saved the picture to my desktop.
then i imported it to my gif editor. i use animation shop 3, it comes with paint shop pro 7.
basically in animation shop, i resized the image down to 225x150 (keeping the same aspect ratio as the original).
i then removed 2 frames which i thought were superfluous to the animation and resaved the animation as a 255 colour gif.
i didn't change the timing of the animation as i never thought it would be necessary. the change in the number of frames only leads to a 10 ms deficit, which is hardly noticeable.
are you happy with how it looks now or would you like me to change the timing again?

p.s. i don't really have any feelings for hillary clinton. i'm a uk citizen (scotland to be more precise), so i have no real feel for american politics. i do believe that she is the first woman with a real chance at becoming the president, but can't see it happening myself

I have PSP but haven't reinstalled since I reformatted drive C:.
Sorry I had to go last night(night for me anyway).
I thought you imported it into Xara and I can't import anything(even though it's suppossed to be able to)into it!
I'll reinstall PSP and give it a go myself.
I've been using Photoshop 7 and miss it.
Btw lots of my family is from Edinborough/Mussleborough.
