grab it article not found

I'm new to news groups and read all the guides. Ive decided to go for the grabit-nzbmatrix combo for right now(don't want to spend any money on this right this minute until i see whats it's worth) . When ever i try d/l any file all i get is article not found why is this happening to me??????

you have to sign up with a usenet provider. Than you enter your username + password in grabit and it will download.
