How can I get uTorrent to run at startup on my LeeWare box? I know that if I had a desktop manager installed I would put it in the ~/.kde/Autostart folder. But since I have no desktop manager installed I'm kinda confused.

you could try starting new tasks with your webmin then under system menu go to bootup and shutdown. Then create a new bootup task and make sure you set it to run at boot.
