violation.

The cop said, "Next year tell Santa to put a reflector light on the back of
it."

The young girl looked up at the cop and said, "Nice horse you got, did Santa

If thats true, thats as bad as it gets. True story happened here in nyc. A cop gave a ticket to a pregnant woman who sat on the stairs in the subway station because she wanted to rest for a bit while waiting for the train. Apparently, thats illegal
