    i have this same problem and i watch my videos on my Nvidea TNT 2 and you can just get rid of the flickering just go to your windows media player and reduce hardware acceleration

    What you are describing is a bug in either Media Player or a codec, I have had the same problem with certain files/streams. To fix: Open Windows Media Player, go to Tools, click Options. Go to the Performance tab, and move the video acceleration slider to the middle.
