No way ,it's not safe at all because even if u used the uk-t for sometime ,u can never change the mail and if u contacted the staff there to change the mail then the account will be disabled

get a torrent with his pass key in uk-t and screen shots from the acc and if him scammed you cheat in the torrents with speed liks 1 gb per socend and post the screen shots here and the spyes will finish the deal
