Here is my client shot which includes total uploads and total downloads.

By the way, incase your wondering why my screens show more uploads than my client shot. It's because I had to restore my hard disk using ghost and my Azureus stats get taken back to the time I took the image using ghost. All in all u can see that I am a fare trader! I have a 1.3 upload which aint great but it aint very bad either.
