it depends on which file get released...Not really. Pre-times on the best torrentsites are often 5minutes after pred.
The pretimes on F*N for example vary from file to file.

And a scenegrp ain't just adding pres to a predatabase -before- racing it, they are likely to race it to various sites first before it's pred, so if you're on the top of the topsites, you'll get stuff way ahead others.
Only thing is that you will have to be too damn careful and anonymous all the time, and once you join, you'll become a bitch to the torrentcommunity, I've seen it happen over and over again..
One member being cozy, polite and, joins the scene, backs out on torrents, and starts talking crap about torrents and all his socalled friends..

Racing is trading releases between fast servers usually pretime limit set for dvdrip is 30min for music ,TVShow ,0day 5min . apps 20min ...... You need to setup your FTPrush and your irc client as a triggers using a auto send script ,set it to how many sites you hav access into after thats you hav to know someone how can vouch for you in some small topsites to start trading and he need to help you with some materials befores so you be able to start your way in the scene usually they set your status as IND, the ratio or quota is set to 1:3 mean if you upload 701mb movie you receive 2:03GB.if you start trading release you hav to say
