leeware. failed to connect to the server.

hi all,
i got leeware some days ago, i uploaded around 180GB and downloaded around 45GB

when i try open the tightVNC viewer and connect to the server, in the above litte window it says connection initiated but another small screen pops up saying failed to connect to the server. is this because it is blocked due to intensive uploads and downloads. (or they discovered that i use BT).
is leeware down atm?
i went checking account and it still shows that i am seeding a torrent from leeware. it means the server still running

i am also transferring some files using ws_ftp but very slow.

any explanations?
help please.

why is it, none willing to say anything about this?
