Yeah man level 1 or 2. I don't know where some people get level 5 or 6 haha. Not even Oink is rated 5. They are not that rare and their content is crap because they are so brand new. Well SCN might turn out alright but RTS barely has something and no seeders or leechers.
I think they should do what SCA did and open signups and do a lot of free leech till they get a good amount of members so they can get the ball rolling.

Both RTS,SCN aren't ranked yet because they are still new and it requires time to see what will develop and then rank them so i guess u just have to wait see their rankings or just drop that rankings thing

the 'WIAW' thread is not always the best representation of how good a tracker is....TL is a great tracker, one of the best in my opinion and its only a level 2 or 3....just because their not hard to get doesn't mean that a site isn't good
