FTP question

guys do you know why i cant connect into my CuteFTP?

im trying to connect it but it only reconecting.. and reconnecting..

do you know what i did wrong? i put my details and the port 22 correctly..

any ideas?

Don't you think it is better to post this query in the suitable forum, not Bittorrent forum?

On topic: Are you trying to connect to your seedbox? If yes, see if the box is online. I mean see that you can access it using putty or webui or whatever. Also check the username and password.

It is connected and it rorks fine with putty etc. but the only thing is that i cant access it to FTP..

if its not working and you need to add torrents try using the webui untill its working again.

Are you connecting to port 22 using FTP or sFTP? Only the latter would work.

You sure your connected using the write settings?

You may need to set Auth SSL to on ect..
or set it properly to use SFTP like someone else mentioned above.

Also are you connected to your own computer such as via network or to a computer elsewhere on the intenet.
If your trying to connect to another computer on your own network you would have to use the computer running the ftps internal network ip as opposed to the internet ip. (This due to the fact you probably havent forwarded the ports correctly in your router/firewall.)

Right click on the site in the Site Manager and select Properties.
Go to Type Tab.
Select SFTP using SSH2 (Secure Shell) and port as 22.
