ScT is not overrated as a tracker at all.

The community and the staffers is up for discussion, but the tracker itself, with its content is really supreme, you can't say otherwise. They got shitloads of packs, überfast speeds, fast pres, and a pure 'n simple design.

In terms of community, I think it has quite a good one The forums are active. IRC is pretty active too. And what about the 2000 users they gathered in IRC (for freeleech), a pretty good communal effort if you ask me

I think its not over rated due to the fact that it is faster than FTN and verry fast releases. i agree that its not that hard to get invite to SCT but it is a grait tracker.

probably frustration because he can't get invited, and he's trying to justify to himself that he doesn't really need to be a member by hoping people agree with the post and say its overrated.
