So
Left On - Lit Bulb
One then Off - Unlit bulb that's hot
Left Off - Unlit bulb that's cold

(BTW Riddler - Never really noticed that skinky remark.  I did see that clue, and I'm guessing that you're trying to say it's water.  Please explain the answer to me, because quite frankly it's confusing me

Here's an easy one ;

The teacher knew right away that not only was he in need of a good belt across the ass, but he was lying as well. How'd she figure that out ?
