first of all you are not allowed to change your e-mail there .. you have to contact a moderator so that he can change the e-mail for you ..

even if u didn't change the e-mail .. they detect IP changing and they disable the account

so account trading = disable, is a correct rule

trade with some one in the same state or ISP. people move and switch isp's all the time, not to mention dynamic ip changes on cable and the likes.
