Wow that's an awesome connection upgrade. My connection still sucks even though they said they'd double it...they never did and it has stayed the same speed. Damn AOL.

What I really like about FIOS is that I have had my connection MAXXED for three months uploading, and i havent heard a word from them telling me to tone it down. Knock on wood.

How can i know thats my ISP offer NewsGroup access ?
PS : if i use some FTP i got 1:2Mb/s and my upload speed is crap 88Kb/s
in torrentsite i never bypass 864 Mb/s

I don't know about your upload problems but I think you meant 864 Kb/s not Mb/s.
I have a whole one megabit up and down, but that dont stop me.
