https tracker and alternate tracker port / Which site has that?

The only way I can seed without getting my packets shaped is to used those two options (available on sct) and with forced encryption...

Is there any other trackers with this option?

SSL Tracker

Use SSL tracker port
Please only check this if you are having trouble with your isp blocking
bittorrent tracker connections or if you are very paranoid
Note: Only a few BT programs support SSL Trackers (uttorrent, azureus, etc)
