    Possible via FTP I presume, is it as fast the line will allow, ie 100/100?

    my experience:

    leeware -> leeware: very fast
    leaseweb <-> leeware: about 1MB/s
    vectoral <-> leaseweb: very fast

    You can use FXP, or just use the built in ftp command line interface in linux. With FXP, you'll have to configure both ftp servers to allow it.
