So a tracker identifies you by ip and not passkey. How would I set up utorrent to show my home ip when it connects to trackers?

I guess the example is TranceRoute. It uses an IP system.

most trackers i am apart of allow multiple IP's on one acc usually up to 3 of them

But if you have dynamic IPs? In a few days you can have more than 3 IPs. Then they ban you?
