Question about Swebits rules/FAQ.

I don't know swedish, so I can't read the rules and the FAQ. So, does anybody knows that:

1. Do they ban hit&run? If yes, then to how big ratio you have to seed or for how long time?

2. After what time do they delete your account because of inactivity?

1, No, you can hit´n run, as long as you keep your total ratio at 1.
2, after 21 days your account will be deleted. But you only have to login to swebits, no need to download anything
