I have had personal experience of Leeware and Vectoral. I really can't say that leeware is worth level 9 or 10. Even if it cost 20 dollars. :|

look, everyone can think what they want, i know for 20$i definitely got my money worth. while i do think that it is absolutely ridiculous to pay more that $30 a month for ratio improvement. i buffered a total of 95gb in oink (making 3 different PU), 250gb in thors (in 2 days), 100gb in swedvdr, 140gb in sct....
and a whole lot more, i think its worth at least a level 8, and when someone is specifically looking for seedbox axx (including leeware) they tend to offer more.

besides the fact that i have acc w/invites in both there is still no content in any of them, and speeds r not very good.
