i don't think so , you can set it to 1 min , but the tracker will set it back to 5 min, cause the min. acceptable time interval for a tracker is 5 min, because if 1 min will be acceptable that would be hammering what will overload the tracker and can lead to a crash.

and also most of the trackers doesn't like members updating do often.
and i remember my chat with one of the admin in a good tracker; he was talking about that frequent updates may be considered as an act of cheating.
i didnt get what he meant but i was adviced not to use manual update so often.

No no no no no.. this uses tons of excess server resources and is just a bad idea.
The option has been intentionally left out.
