doesnt sound like a real scene site to me and more like a 0day dump with no real affils. Scene accounts are ip rescricted (they always are dont even try and bs about it not being so). What is your plan on trading the account msging up the site op and being like umm i dont need my account or a bit can you add this person instead?

Yep. Most are IP restricted and dedicated to 1 IP only.
