Tracker Checker, but it hasn't been updated recently.

I'm thinking about writing one in Java this summer.

it was a good program for finding open signups trackers, but now all major trackers become invites only, therefore tracker checker become useless.

yeah agree with desiking, and the major ones that have occasionla "open spot" signups are only few (TB, SCC ) and for them you can just keep on refreshing the page and see if there is any open spots

If you do use tracker-checker, open the xml file in office and edit in the sites you want to check

That worked a treat for me, but it was a while back.
    Now go away.

I have a XML file for it that's up-to-date with the major trackers. If anyone wants a copy just shoot me a PM.

The older versions were buggy, the latest one is fairly stable.
