Think the peers issue has to do with the site being up and down during the moves and switch overs. Once the sites stable again will probably go back to ALMOST normal.

yep
too many downtimes plus no freeleech.....thats what caused decrease of the nr of leechers. 1900 user database doesnt help as well in keeping proper traffic...
