just under two weeks till the second one, had a trial run just now, 53mins - best time yet though im finding it hard as ive been doing no running, only weights for the past few months, under an hour is the goal but anything under an hour and seven is an improvement, but 53mins would be fucking win on the day.

Just got back from Leeds, haven't got my official time yet but its definitely under an hour raised £168 too

I was on fire (not literally though) overtaking n00bs left, right and centre but then it got to the 7k marker and i felt like throwing up, seriously lagged at the end but kept and steady pace all the way and got an ok time

Well done Mulder! Can't you just run 10k whenever you feel like it? And you don't even have to just run 10 you know...you can do 9 or 11 for a bit of variety .
