i've just reinstalled XP and after IE7 update the page it runs at startup crashed IE cos of some flash issue...so installing flashplayer 9 beta fixed it...also there has been some IE crashing issues with flash player 9 and the beta version should fix some problems...

and here's fix to remove the runeonce page IE7 opens at start...
