    What I meant was that Waterman actually imported the records into this country first. Didn&#39;t want give the guy too much credit&#33;&#33; Dammers, etc certainly influenced the music scene by doing the music live - and very good it was too. Not my cup of tea though.

    A co-woker today, gave me a Janis Joplin mousepad. That was pretty significant.
    Also, the Beach Boys release of "Good Vibrations".

    As for defining moments, surely when the Beatles hit the scene was pretty big? The first superband, for want of a better word.
