Need a quick Polish translation

There's a certain option in the PT profile options and I'm not sure what it means so can someone kindly help me translate the following:

Czas przeglądania: Automatycznie aktualizuj czas przeglądania

don't know what the fuck this is supposed to do but anyhow, that's what it means

My polish is not very good, but czas is time, automatycznie is automatic(ally), aktualizuj is actual(ly) and i think przegladania has something to do with browsing, but I'm not positive.

As for the effect of this function, I believe it automatically updates all the torrents with the "new" tag so that it won't say "new" the next time you view the page.
