Help in identifying a song

I downloaded a song titled 'Linkin Park - What I've Done' from LimeWire few days ago, but as it turned out, it was another song falsely named as What I've Done. Can anyone identify this song and tell me the song's name?

when the single was first released this was the version of the song that I could find.
So I'm guessing it's Linkin Park's demo version of What i've done..................have no clue to why the lyrics are completely different
