Could you guys explain:
1. How does one use a seedbox
2. In what senerios, why would using a seedbox be benificial

1) Read that link above to learn about seedboxes and how they work.
2) A seedbox would be beneficial as its speeds would cripple your home ISP speeds. People generally use seedboxes to buffer their accounts so that on their home ISP they don't have to seed back.
