how do you lower your level I downloaded newest lite and the level is set at 1000 I understand that this is why I might be having trouble downloading

Go to Options > More Options - you will see a box labelled Cheat PL....... - uncheck it.

It is far from a guarantee - I'm told it can work but I have zero patience so I use other P2P programs if I want something real quick - most likely you will have to wait until more sources come online
