no it should not it should be for anyone who wants to save themselves alot of cash..28k or 3MB connection it dosent matter..half the fuckin broadband users uploading from me dont even share, at least u get people sharing on 56k

and im not saying this becuz i have a shit connection either..i can download at 140-150kbps on my 1MB cable connection

I wasnt aware you could get a 3Mbit broadband in the UK.....i thought the highest was 2 Mbit from Pipex Dial, which company offers it ?
