YOU CAN'T. MacOS can be emulated on PC up to version 8.0. any later (8.1, 9, X and up require a PowerPC G3/G4 CPU).

How come DOS Windows XP can be emulated on a mac?
There's allways a way.. they're both still computers.
I'm gettin close by running UNIX in Virtual PC instead of the DOS o/s.

Why do you want to work with Mac. Just try to work with Windows. It is mutch easyer.
Yea I know xp is the best o/s right now. I'm just gonna prove OS X is possible to emulate on a pc. lol I've seen Windows 98 run on an Apple 2E before, Yes Windows 98. it was like 16 colors rofl.. so funny. A friend of mine totally put DOS on the thing. Probably just put a small pc in the comp case and used the same moniter somehow...
