Bad Frames

sorry im this is kinda a n00b question but i havent had much expirence wit removing bad frames but i need to know how, i tried to burn the hulk workprint but it freezes with roxio, i like roxio for menus, i tried to decompress wit v-dub but it says frame 92 bad, i dont know how to remove them...how??

Or you can use this to fix the bad frames and have a perfect copy.

if you use v-dub, select a frame just before the corrupt frame, and a frame just after the last corrupt frame in the chunk, and everything in between, and delete the chunk...i don't know if you will have to move the closest keyframes near those frames, but i've done it before and it worked.
