i reseted the router many times
deleted the cookies

i don't know what to do ???????

Dont feel bad, they banned most of Isreal first. And then moved onto egypt, I believe next is the rest of the middle East. As far as Oink goes their anti cheating coding is alot better then most trackers, so they dont need to rely on ip bans as much to prevent cheats.
