dont bullshit people, fsc does not ban on IP change. Maybe for different country, but I moved states, changed isp, and my account is fine.
BTW, you can't change email without contacting admins with good reason, so even if you get away with a far IP change, you will probably get disabled if you draw attn of staff by requesting email change after.
