    They're irc commands. To be able to enter the BitMeTV channel, your nick/account must be registered on the server. This works by typing the first command "/msg nickserv register password emailaddress", then you might need to identify yourself with "/msg nickserv identify password" which you should write in your perform as well.

    Have you done all this, you should be awarded with the +r flag (means the server identifies you as registered with the irc services) and you're able to join the channel.

    i need to enter because some one changed my pass and e-mail (so how am i going to identify my self )

    IRC access and your irc username doesn't have anything to do with your BitMeTV account on the tracker. That's what the help channel is for, to get into even if you have got problems with your tracker account.
