You can manually go in and set privileges to every user

Easy. They can allow you to see 1 forum, or 2 forums thats not everyone can see. It's just a simple process of ticking a flag in a profile.

I know it from being disabled 2 days ago, you can'r use pm, can't use trade forum, the only one you actually can use - it's this one, Report and other non trading one.
But it's a regular Disabled Privileges, I was just wondering how the Disabled Some Privileges look like
