    hi, just found a really rare album that ive been looking for since about august 2002 and finally getting it from soulseek but its only 64kbps sound quality and ideally i want it 192 so can i convert it with somthing to be 192?

    any help would be great thanks

    yeah you can convert it to 192bit but it won't change the quality at all

    I guess some ppl just dont know about bitrates,
