Web browser or site Problems Help?

I was wondering if you guys could help me with a problem I have with the online apple store. When ever I try to view the online apple store it does not fully load. The pictures dont load at all and the type is off. I've tried different browsers and nothing works it still comes out the same.

check maybe you don't hav eflash or shockwave installed

also, meybe java is disabledd so you can't see content

how do i check if java is disabled or not?

looks like the css part of the page isnt being loaded. not sure why not.

i've downloaded all the updates for flash, shockwave, and java but it still doesn't seem to work. i've also been googling css not loading but nothing really comes up.

anyone have any other suggestions, what's worse is it seems like this is the only webpage that does this every other webpage for me works fine.

It defiantly looks like the css portion of the page aint loading.

try going into safari preferences and the security tab and making sure enable, Java, javascript, plug ins and block pop up windows are ticked.

It seems the style sheet for the apple store comes from akamai.net so make sure its not blocked in your hosts file or peerguardian.

try viewing it and see if it works.

still nothing i checked all the things that should be enabled and they are. it seems that akamai.net is down right now, the page wont show up.

Did you turn off all your add blockers and try??

trust me akamai.net is not down. infact it probably the only provider of bandwidth that lists uptime as 100%. they provide massive amounts of bandwidth to people like apple, google, microsoft.

you are blocking akamai.net somehow.

do you use peerguardian or some other blocking software.
check your firewall to make sure its not been added to the block list.
check your hosts file to make sure its not been added.
