Problems With Nero Burning

I have now tried avidefreezer
with tutorial from here:

but it doesnt seem to be working
because after Ive clicked the "defreeze" button
the prog just showed some messages so swiftly that I couldnt catch at all
and closed itself
and no sign of recovery cos the film still freezes at the frame

I entered newfile.avi location
I entered bad frames
what have I done wrong?
