some sites you can, you just leave it seed for a litttle while after you complete, or just dont download teh sample or nfo and it wont trigger the anti-hnr scripts

See if you download 10gb and cannot upload like even 5gb..then isnt it nice if you have some buffer..so that ever if you dont hit and run..your ratio still remains over one.

If a guy's got a slow upload speed, he can fullfill the usual ___ hours seed requirement (therefore non-HNR), but not the ratio requirement. A buffer helps there.
