So I'm using Azureus on my Mac OS X and I have seemed to hit a learning curve. I read and read and read up on forums to try to learn how to make everything work fast and properly and I can't even fix a friggin NAT error!
I want to just pay someone local to just come over and teach me everything about how to use my client properly and fix everything up
... Can I do that??

not sure if they have tutorials for mac stuff but they have tutorials for most routers/firewalls.
