Need Help Please !

i have down loaded this movie with this spec

bit rate 140kbps

lame mp3 encoder( acm )

23frames sec
data rate 122 kbps
v sample 24 bit
vid compress xvid

i want to make into vcd but when i try to put through tmpgenc it says error . i extracted the wav with virtual dubb but still no luck please help thanx

I have had many problems with TMPGEnc too. I searched and found that if you goto OPTIONS > ENVIROMENTAL SETTINGS > VFAPI PLUG-INS (button on far right) and set DIRECT SHOW MULTIMEDIA FILE READER to 1 or 2 (right click and give higher priority) this will solve most problems.
