It's in swedish. I'll translate a bit of the rules for you.

Alla Muppar måste seeda annars är dom en SunkMupp(som alla redan är visserligen...)
Vi har ett automatiskt varningssystem, har du en ratio lägre än 0.4 så blir du varnad.Då har du 5 dagar på dig att skaffa en ratio på 0.5, klarar du inte de så blir du bannad!

Seedar du INTE under denna tiden så är risken stor att vi stänger av kontot, då vi anser att det ej finns intresse av att seeda upp sin ratio!!! OBS!! 3 Varningar för sunkigt beteende och vi kastar ut dig!!

Den "snurrande pengen" betyder gratis nedladdning, men din upload räknas, håll utkik efter denna...

All muppets have to seed or else they are a "sunkmupp"

We have an automatic warning system, if you have a ratio under 0.4 you will get a warning. After that you have five days to get a ratio of 0.5 or above. If you cannot do this you will be banned. If you get 3 warnings for bad behavior you will be thrown out (banned).

The "spinning coin" means it's a free download and only your upload counts, keep an eye out for these.

Also, this part is important:

Lämna ALDRIG en ny torrent som har färre seeders än 10st, då riskerar du en varning för hit&run oavsett hur många GB/MB du seedat! Dessutom så stänger vi av leechen för dig!

It says it's forbidden to leave a new torrent with less than 10 seeders. If you do that you will get a warning for hit n' run, regardless of how many GB's/MB's you have seeded. They will also disable your download privileges.

so it dosnt matter how much you have uploaded/dowloaded as long as the ratio is over 0.4? is that the only ratio requirement?

Yup, just keep your ratio above 0.4 and dont leave a new torrent unless it has 10 other seeders.
