Thread: Encoded Sound Missing

  1. #1
    hi,

    d/l 'adaptation.cd1.dvdscreener.ac3-vite.ac3-guru.com'
Ran divFix on it and that was fine. Used virtualDub to save the sound as seperate wav file but came up with 'acm failed to suggest audio decompression format' and 'Avioutputwav the handle is invalid'.
I tried to a direct stream copy of it but the file size was only 200mb for a 50 min movie file! when encoded with tmpgenc, using this wav file, there is nop sound!
Anyone know how to fix this?

P.S. There is sound on the original file and the divfix file!

What exactly are you trying to do here? Compress the audio and then add it back to the original picture to reduce the file size?
