Thread: Total newbie question regarding HD posts..

  1. #1
This is a format question. I tend to download DVD's but there are loads of HD downloads. On closer inspection the file sizes are rarely more than a DL DVD. Are these HD downloads only able to be burt onto HD media or are they compressed and burnable onto DVD media? If so what's the point?

You can buy a Media Center PC or a Home Theater PC (HTPC) and connect it to your HDTV to
play and watch those HD contents that you can download from trackers.

You can also burn those HD contents, but you'll obviously need an HD DVD or Blu-ray burner (which costs around $500-$750) and blank media (which costs around $15-$25 each).
